The client (mobile phone) sends a command to the server (Murata DA14580). In places where there are many people, the server data may not be received occasionally. I want to know what are the reasons for not receiving the data

If understood correctly, the DA1580 is advertising and it connects with mobile peer device. How the mobile is sending the command? Is it still connected? Please provide more inputs. Have you implemented a specific application or your question is generic?
