Unable to get service details

Hi,

we are using DA1458x_SDK_3.0.6 and trying to add DISS profile into existing source code according to Software development Guide(3).
as a result, we would able recognize the device but unable to following service details,

Manufacturer Name: “Dialog Semi”
Model Number String: “DA14580”
System ID: {0x12, 0x34, 0x56, 0xFF, 0xFE, 0x9A, 0xBC, 0xDE} (Hex value)
Software Revision:

pls help me to resolving this issue.
