Please check Table 257: Absolute Maximum Ratings of the DA14580 datasheet and you will see that 3.6V is the maximum allowed supply voltage (VBAT(VBAT3V) ). Also, please check Table 258: Recommended Operating Conditions and you will find the recommended operating conditions. The minimum recommended supply voltage is 2.35V and the maximum recommended is the 3.3V.
