I uploaded the code Ble adv (DA1468x_DA15xxx_SDK_1.0.14.1081) in USB development kit (DA14683) and I open the app (made by - bluepixel tech) on my android phone but no device is showing on my app. Why?

I burnt the MSH SDK ("1.2" "DA14682/DA14683 Mesh SDK"), code - "ble_mesh" easily and it works (I am able to see dialog device on phones app). then I took "1.0.14.1081 DA1468x SDK1.0.14.1081" and code - "ble adv" It burnt easily on the same device but not working (No device is showing on my Android App). Then I took code - "freertos_retarget" from same sdk ("1.0.14.1081 DA1468x SDK1.0.14.1081") and it is also not working(No device is showing on my Android App) .
what should I do? Waiting for your quick response.

Pls get the LightBlue APP installed in your phone and
refer to the document//www.xmece.com/sites/default/files/um-b-047-da1468...for how to download the firmware to the DEV-KIT.
Then you will find the Dialog device on the scan list of LightBlue APP.
