High ADC readings on VBAT and Temperature Sensor

We are using the DA14683 in a new hardware design. The ADC functions correctly on all IO ports; however, the VBAT rail reading and Temperature Sensor readings are extremely high.

当加载Peripherals Demo to QSPI as a test and console connecting in:

VBAT rail voltage 3.074 V gives a reading of 4282 mV.

Temperature sensor reading gives: 96-120 Deg C when actual chip temp is 24 Deg. C. This is impeding battery charging.

Where do I even start looking with this one? When setting the attenuator on the temperature input, (1.2 to 3.6V range) I get a temp reading of -220 deg C.

Thanks,

Hi jon_petrenas@shyftinc.com,

Hijon_petrenas@shyftinc.com,

We have a tutorial with an example code in order to configure the ADC in our support portal. Did you follow this tutorial? Please hit into this link :GPADC Adapter Concept. Otherwise, could you please provide me the code snippet that you are using in order to configure the ADC?

Thanks, PM_Dialog

Yes, using the peripherals

Yes, using the peripherals_demo example program from the SDK, issue seemed to be linked to a leaky voltage source to the UART input on the one board. Unpackaged a few others and the issue has been resolved. It had seemed that voltage was bleeding onto one of the GPIO and backfeeding the ADC module. Thank you for the response.
