PMIC for ultrascale ZU4CG

Hi,

I see that the DA9063 is available for ZU3CG applications, and for larger devices, but does anyone know if there is a suitable version for the ZU4CG.

The application is light on power (VCCINT ~ 4A, -1 speed) and I have a very limited power budget so if there is not a generic solution, if using ZU3 version would be sufficent, the PL size is larger but the power budget is less than generally used on a ZU3. The GTH power would need to be added.

Any solutiom would also need to be in automotive grade as the application is for a Cube-Sat module

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Jessica

Hello Jessica,

Hello Jessica,

Our PMIC are highly configurable and can be used to support a large range of FPGAs and Processor power requirements.

Would you be able to share with me your full power tree and requirements and i can then suggest a PMIC or solution that fits your design?

The DA9063 and the DA9063L can both support a 4 A rail independently and they are both Auto-qualified.

Kind regards,
Elliott

艾略特,感谢您的quick reply

The design is in the planing stage at the moment and is largly based on a previous ground station design, So I will be able to provide that information soon. However it does seem that the DA9063 may be a good solution so it will go in my discussion report. I will be in contact again next week to get closer to the solution
