How to Program the BLE controller. Which pin is used for dumping the code in to it.?

Could you please share more information for your issue? If I am able to understand correctly, you question is how to program the DA14586? If yes, you can program it either through or through SWD and using either Keil environment or Smart Snippets toolbox. Regarding the DA14586 datasheet, The SWD interface (JTAG) is mapped on P1_4 and P1_5. Also, I would suggest you to have a look at the section 4.4.3 BootROM Sequence of the datasheet in order to understand the bootrom sequence.
