DA9062 with SPARTAN 7 XC7S100

Hello,

In one of my design I would like to use DA9062 to power up SPARTAN 7 XC7S100-2FGGA484I.
Is it suitable to drive all necessary things? or any other suggestions?

Thanks & regards

Hello,

Hello,

We have an application note for the Spartan 7 devices:

//www.xmece.com/sites/default/files/an-pm-096_dialo...

Thee DA9062 looks to be a good fit, however if higher current rails or more rails are required for your overall applications then the DA9063 could be a good option. We can also use a GreenPak device to increase functionality.

Kind regards,

Elliott Dexter

Hello Elliott Dexter ,

Hello Elliott Dexter ,

Thanks for your quick reply.
You have any application note of DA9063 with SPARTAN 7 FPGAs.

What is this GreenPAK pl share some details to suit to my design with XC7S100 FPGA.

Best Regards

Hello,

Hello,

We don’t have a specific DA9063 Spartan-7 application note. However the rails covered by the DA9062 in the previously mention application note can easily be transferred to the DA9063.

A GreenPAK device is a CMIC (Configurable mix-signal Integrated Circuit). The GreenPAK family of IC’s contains digital and analog resources (blocks) that can be configured in many ways. The individual blocks can be activated (or left in power down mode) and interconnected in various ways through a connection matrix similar to an FPGA.

The IC’s can include and not limited to:

  • ADCs,
  • 附近地区s (Logic)
  • DACs
  • Regulators (Bucks & LDOs)
  • CNT/DLYs
  • P-FETs
  • Asynchronous state machines.
  • Comparators (Analogue & Digital)
  • Oscillators

As an example, one of these devices can be used alongside a DA9061/62 for voltage monitoring. The DA9063 has an internal ADC for this purpose.
