DA9062 smart canvas program saving .ini

Hello

I am guiding the customer on using smart canvas program together with the motherboard and soket board.

When we try to save “abc.ini”, it is successful.
I am facing a problem when I use open, the file cannot be found by smart canvas although we are looking at the right directory.
When using window explorer, the file can be seen
如果我们重命名扩展. ini的文件时,智能canvas will not open as well

Is there something we are doing wrong?

Hello Ivan,

Who is the customer?
Could you send the .ini file to me?

I would recommend not deleting the CRC number at the end of the ini file name. However this should not cause the error you are see.
