We are working on the release of a small piece of example software that we will post soon on our support website. This will likely take a couple of days till release.
For the moment I would like to suggest you to have a look into the source code of our CodeLess development kit. If you open the source code in Keil you will see a folder user_app and in there the driver user_i2c.c
In the file user_at_commands.c you will find how to access this driver for I2C read and write commands (search for: "user_at_i2cread")
