I wana connect an I2S microphone to DA14681 microcontroller and get data of that.
Is there any sample or reference code for implementation and initialization of I2S peripheral in DA1468x?

There aren’t any demos or any reference code available in the SDK for microphone. In general, be aware that the audio is not supported from the SDK of the DA1468x SoC.

As it mentioned in the DA1468x datasheet, there is an internal I2S/PCM block hardware in microcontroller. So if there is no any demo or reference code for this, what is your suggestion for initialization and connection of I2S block with RAM in DA1468x?

You could check the DA14585 RCU reference designs that supports microphone. Theoretically you are able to migrate the microphone to the DA1468x chip, as you will find in the DA14585 RCU design, but be aware that the audio is not supported from the SDK of the DA1468x, so we are no in a position to provide you further guidance.

Unfortunately i didn't find any sample code for I2S peripheral in DA14585 RCU reference designs and SDK. could you please place any link from dialog support website?

Unfortunately we do not have any other available reference design or example that demonstrates audio functionality. As I have already mentioned in my previous post, the audio is not supporting yet from the SDK.
