I had a look at the reference design of your Keyboard. I am curious if you plan to design a BLE based mouse as well?
Also, does the Keyboard require a dongle? if yes, do you have a reference design for the dongle?

Hello Krishna, yes, we have a mouse currently in the works, the plan to release that sometime around May timeframe. The keyboard doesnt require a dongle. There is a USB dongle within the main development kit that we ship - and we plan a standalone reference desgin of that shortly also.

If I want to get the keyboard manufactured, what else would I be needing? Do I need to have it certified again?
Hi Krishna, yes, you would need to have it listed as per the relevant Bluetooth SIG requirements and also local government regulatory requirements concerning radio standards. The fact that it is a reference design based on an already qualified host/controller will make this easier, but the product listing still needs to adhere to the bluetooth SIG.

我有一个问题w.r.tabove discussion. So for the laptops/PCs which ALREADY have ble chip within them, i think we DONT NEED a usb dongle. But for existing laptops/PCs, we NEED a centralized usb + ble chipset dongle which can talk to both Keyboard and Mouse. So do you intend to provide design for the USB + ble as well. Also does the dialog BLE chipset has usb connectivity options. If not, how do you plan to achieve it.
