I would like to know if you guys can provide me with the footprint of the DA14680 (in the required file formats eg. .lia files) so that I can import it into Altium designer / Proteus design suite to make schematic captures.

The pin positions on the layout on the schematic you provided here for the DA14680 aQFN60 package does not match the positions on the Hardware App notes or the Layout files provided in the documentation section. Are you sure this is the right Library? Or is this expected?

The schematic symbol does not need to match the schematic or anything else. This symbol was created for a particular application in mind and could/should be modified to fit ones needs. There shouldn't be any issue with it.
