Dear Dialogue support,
我们要换芯片from wire bond 580 to the ultra thing 581 (34 pins). We got some issue so far and we cannot get the chip to respond to button press. In terms of firmware, apart from change build target from 580 to 581 (define __DA14581 ) as in the Keil project, is there anything else we need to consider - assume the same pins are still used?
In terms of OTP header, can we simply read that from 580, export it and write the content into 581?

Although i dont understand what do you mean exactly with the "wire bond 580" and "ultra thin 34 pins" (i assume that you mean the WLCSP package), apart from the 581 definition i dont see anything else that needs to be changed in a project between the 581 and a 580, and the wake up functionallity should work assuming that the pins are the same, tested on the ble_app_sleepmode for a 580 and a 581.
Regarding the OTP header, yes the OTP headers are identical between those two versions of the 58x family, but each chip has values that are defined per device such as Timestamp, Tester. BandGap trim values etc.
