Startup sleep delay

Hello,

我注意到这条线在SDK,阻碍了device from entering sleep mode (in our case, "extended"), for two seconds: #define STARTUP_SLEEP_DELAY_DEFAULT (3200)
3200 * 0.625 = 2000ms.

How was this value chosen in the SDK? Is there any risk is dramatically shortening it?
