Hi,
We need to perform RF testing on the DA 14585 chipset. I was trying to use the RF master in the smart snippets toolbox for the same, but was not able to produce any results. The basic requirement is to send unmodulated carrier waves in the 3 different frequencies corresponding to channel 37,38 and 39 and to verify the power and frequency of the output wave using spectrum analyser. Please suggest the possible way to do this.

It's better to use the SDK 6.0.4.326 version the RF master should be work. Please use this sdk and the bellow configuration. At Rf Master at the latest Firmware select this path \sdk_6_practice\DA14585_SDK\6.0.4.326\binaries\da14585\prod_test\prod_test_585.hex. Then from unmodulated Tx/Rx mode choose the Tx , it will be ok for you, check and this please.

Thanks for your prompt reply. The daughter board I have is with DA14585 rev AB silicon. The SDK 6.0.4 cannot be used for this version as stated in the queryhttps://support.dialog-semiconductor.com/forums/post/dialog-smartbond-bl.... Please suggest an alternative solution.

While trying to execute the CLI command prodtest -p 14 unmodulated TX 2404 [UNMODULATED TX], the status code 9, SC_RX_TIMEOUT is getting returned. Please suggest the possible reasons for this too.

Hi,
We have received the new set of boards. Thank you very much. Now, by executing the prod_test code in the board, and while sending unmodulated carrier wave using the prod_test.exe tool, we were able to send the carrier in 3 frequencies - 2402, 2426, 2480 Mhz. These waves were analysed using spectrum analyser by direct coupling method. The images of the spectrum analyser output are attached herewith. We are observing discrepancies in the output TX power. Instead of having the max TX power at 0dBm, the spectrum analyser output shows variation from - 1.4 to - 2.5 dBm. We have also observed that, the TX power in all the 3 channels are different.
Kindly look into this, and suggest the reasons for the same.
