I have been using the prod test.exe application available in the location E:\Dialog\DA14585\SDK\DA14585_SDK_6.0.2.243_0\DA14585_SDK\6.0.2.243\binaries\host\windows\prod_test_cmds. While trying to execute the CLI command prodtest -p 14 unmodulated TX 2404 [UNMODULATED TX], the status code 9, SC_RX_TIMEOUT is getting returned. Please suggest the possible reasons for the same.

你下载了prod_test.bin t吗he 585 prior of issuing the command ? The error that you get as a return is because there is no completion response from the 585 for quite some time, does the device responds with the same error code in other commands that you have tried to send ?

I have downloaded the prod_test_585.bin file from the location DA14585_SDK_6.0.2.243_0\DA14585_SDK\6.0.2.243\binaries\da14585\prod_test\prod_test_585.hex. I tried with other commands also, the same status 9 was obtained.

Then you should check the UART connection, apparently there is no communication between the board and the serial port you are using. Do you have the UART connection applied on the motherboard ? Also can you please try to downloade the fw via JTAG instead of the UART, for example instead of downloading the allready compliled .bin file you can go to the DA14585_SDK\6.0.2.243\projects\target_apps\prod_test\prod_test\Keil_5\prod_test.uvprojx, build and download the fw, check that the fw in running and doesn't end up in a hardfault or anything like that and then issue the commands from the prod_test.exe.

I have tried the way you had suggested, also checked the uart connection. Still the error status 9 occurs. PFA the snapshot of the UART connection of the mother board. Kindly do check.

Checked the attached image i dont see anything out of order, have you tried to run the prod_test via keil in order to verify that the fw runs and doesn't ends up in a hardfault or anything like that ? Perhaps changing the jumpers that you are using in case there is a damaged one, since there are not too many things that can go wrong with the prod_test setup. Apart from that the only thing i can recommend afterwards is to change the board you are using.
