DA14681 chip revisions

We have built boards in two different phases. The first one was a SW dev board which is a large board and the other one was actual form factor boards.
The first boards are able to be programmed flash but the second one is not.
We've been checking what is different between two boards but not successfully found a root cause yet.
一个区别是芯片修订。
On the working boards, there is DA14681-01000 and on non-working boards there is DA14681-AD000.
I couldn't find what is difference on the new revision on the datasheet.

Could anyone answer the differences?

Thanks in advance.

Hi chriskang88,

Hi chriskang88,

They are essentially different SoC's with a quite few amount of differences. The 01 (DA14681-01000) which are the working boards are the latest revision and the AD boards (DA14681-AD000) are an older revision SoC (no longer supported), i suppose that you are trying to program the boards using the scripts and the eclipse IDE, in order to program the AD boards you will need to apply the proper configuration. The latest SDK supports only the 01 boards which is the latest revision.

The local team will contact you on this.
