I am following the procedure in the AN-B-007 (DA1458x Bluetooth Direct Test Mode) document, to perform the DA14585 to TEST mode,
This procedure need the tool "Connection Manager ",
But I cannot find this tool in the Dialog website,
Could you please tell me where can download this tool?

I suppose that you have the latest Smart Snippets Toolbox, one of the options that you have in the Tools section is the RF Master, with that tool you will be able to perform the RF testing of the device. The Connection Manager Tool was an older version of that tool for the 580 in a seperate software version.

After browsing the documents page of DA14585, only have the "AN-B-007 DA1458x Bluetooth Direct Test Mode V1.2 (02/04/2017)" can be found!
But, this document only can find using the "Connect manager" test proceeded, not an "RF Master"!
Has any other document used the "RF Master" to perform the DTM Mode on the DA14585?
We need to perform the RF PHY test use DA14585,

The Connection Manager software, that is used in order to perform the tests, is replaced by the RF master in the Smart Snippets toolbox, the options that you have between those tools are identical, also you will be able to find information of RF Master Tool in the User Manual of Smart Snippets Toolbox (check the Help menu in the SST). Please follow the steps below in order to perform the tests:

我使用RF Master并从SDK6.0.4封装下载到DA14580DEVKT + DA14585（以下称为DA14585 DEV板）（路径：DA14585_SDK \ 6.0.4.326 \ Binaries \ DA14585 \ Prod_test）下载“prod_test_585.hex”
After hex file Download successfully, Some command can be sent to DA14585 dev board
(EX: LE Tx/Rx, Reset) and can watch some log list in the log window.
(Please refer the "rf-master log" in the attached file)
But, I need to send the "HCI Command" and get "HCI Event" directly to the DA14585 dev board (EX: Reset Command=> 01 03 0C 00).
I tried sending the HCI Command by using the serial application "Serial Port Utility" to connect the COM Port directly on the DA14585 dev board. (In the System, it detects the two COM Port, use the baud rate 115200 to connect), I tried any one, but DA14585 dev board is response such as abnormal. (not standard HCI event)

Could you please help me how to send the HCI command directly via serial port(COM Port) on the dev board?

I tried the both version of SDK (6.0.4.326 and 6.0.2.243) via "RF Master"
(Download the prod_test_585.hex and try some HCI Commands)
The HCI event is no response or responds incorrectly in current version(ver 6.0.4.326) after send the HCI Command in the "RF Master" or send the HCI to serial port directly vi "Serial Port Utility".
(Please refer the attach file da14585_log_compare.zip)
Could you please help me to fix this problem?
(I need to perform the 2M signal on the DA14585, but old SDK version is not support 2M signal.)

The prod_test tool doesn't support all the HCI commands that are available on the BLE spec but certain commands used by the "RF Master" tool in order to perform some basic testing, in order to use the HCI commands please download the hci project in the 585 \DA14585_SDK\6.0.4.326\projects\target_apps\hci\hci, also please use the flow control lines. Also i dont understand what you mean "I need to perform 2M signal".

I know the prod test tool is not support all of the HCI Command and only available on the BLE spec,
But the "HCI_RESET" HCI Command must support all of the bluetooth device define in the bluetooth Core Spec 5.0

The RF master has "Reset" Button can send the HCI_Reset Command to DA14585 DEV Board.
I verify the two version of SDK, The prod_test_585.hex in the current version(6.0.4.326) SDK may not work properly.
In the Previous version(6.0.2.243) of SDK, It CAN WORK PROPERLY,
(Please refer the screen capture in attach file of two version. "Rf-master_Reset.zip")
In this version of SDK(6.0.4.326), it CANNOT respond properly of HCI event.
Could you please help me to check this version(6.0.4.326) of "prod test tool" has any problem?
Or, Just the "prod_test_585.hex" at version(6.0.4.326) in package is damage?
Could you please provide a normally "prod_test_585.hex" to me?

Ok, now i got it, missed your comments on the previous attachement that you were trying with a different SDK. So, the 6.0.4 SDK is only for the new 585 silicon and none of the examples can properly execute on an older 585 silicon, thats why you dont get the proper response on the HCI commands with the new SDK.

Yes, its an older silicon, the SoC indicates the version of the chip as AB and that is an older silicon, it should indicate AC or 00 in versions that run with the 6.0.4. Now normally you should not have this kind of SoC version, so did you purcahse that daugherboard or an FAE provided that (if an FAE provided that, you should come in contact with him in order to change that daughter board) ? At the moment all the daughter boards at the market should be the updated version.

We can confirm that final production version Silicon (now fully released) had a minor metal change compared to the version on this daugther card you have. Regarding your issue i dont quite get the question, what exactly do you mean ? The JTAG that Dialog uses and recommends is the ARM Jlink Lite, if you have a dev kit then the JTAG is attached on the development kit.
