I suppose that you mean the pro kit (i dont get the _VC postfix that you have on your post), please take a look in the FAQ section in the Development Kits & Reference design section "How to program a custom board using a development kit (basic or pro)".

Hi,
The FAQ section explains about JTAG mode. I need to use 2 wire SWD interface (non JTAG). Let me know if this is supported.

All the dev kit boards support the SWD interface, the FAQ explains how to connect the TMS and TCK pins from the JTAG interface of the dev kit with the SWDIO and SW_CLK which are the two pins of the SWD interface that the 580 has.
