reserved for ROM at 0x20009000~0x20009020

Hi, Dialog
I have one question. I see that in scatter config file, the ram between 0x20009000 to 0x20009020 is reserved for ROM. What is it used for? Is it possible to use it by my application code? Because I need a continuous available ram for development.

Thanks a lot.

Hi caiziee,

Hi caiziee,

From some recent preliminary research, this hole can most probably can be ommited in the scatterfile (not verified yet from the team), but we have observed some issues when code is placed passed that region that might be related to keil, although we are still checking the reason for that. At least for now seems that this region can be ommited, but still this is under investigation.

Thanks MT_dialog
