We're considering using the DA1468x and an external MCU. We've found documentation for this setup for the DA14580 (for example, UM-B-017). Is there similar documentation we should follow as we design for the DA1468x? Is there support for this in the SDK?

No, currently there is no project example or document that uses the GTL interface of the 68x in order to interact with an external MCU, we currently working on that, but its not yet available.
