I am developing it using DA14580 DEVKT-P + DA 14583 ATDB-P.
In order to develop Prototype, I want to be able to write from outside.
We are planning mass production, so we are thinking on the assumption of using Production Line Tools.
Therefore, I want to write with UART.
Is there a way to write from outside using UART with Smart Snippets or other tools?
Supplement.
I have DA14580 DEVKT-B.
I would like to write using DA 14580 DEVKT-B if possible.

I dont quite get the question, but you are able to use either the Smart Snippets or the cli tool in order to burn SPI/EEPROM or the OTP of the 58x family using the UART.
For example via using the basic kit, you will be able to connect to Smart Snippets, choose the OTP Programmer tool, hit the connect button, press reset when promted from the tool and read/write the OTP via hitting the Read from Memory/Burn button. For using the CLI of the tool you can go the Help option of Smart Snippets and choose the User Guide.pdf

* I want to write with the same pin as the Production Line Tools (VPP, GND, UART TX, UART RX, etc ..) (UM - B - 041)
* We currently do not have Production Line Tools
* Therefore, I want to write to SPI Flash of DA14583 ATDB-P using DA14580 DEVKT-B etc.
* For example, if you connect P0_4, P0_5, P0_6, P0_7 of DA14580 DEVKT-B to the UART of DA14580 DEVKT-P, will it be possible to write from DA14580 DEVKT-B?

You mean that you would like to use the Atmel proccessor on the JTAG as a UART interface in order to program your custom device ?
