There's nothing in the body of this, for some reason. I wanted to clarify if you you still have issues with this project?
that is weird. The problem is I'm unable to connect to the device with either andriod or ios BLE scanner app. Is there a setup/configuration step that I'm missing?

I dont see anything like this when compiling the project as is, i am able to connect to an android device and check the services, can you please try with another application besides the BLE Scanner ?
