We are currently in the middle of designing a Bluetooth Device using the DA14580-48QFN. Using the DXF files supplied we have got an antenna working and function; however, we are not looking at reducing the board area of the PCB - down to something similar to the PAN1740.
Do you have any recommended designs or reference documents regarding the use of chip antennas?

sorry, we currently have no reference designs nor preferred ceramic chip antennas.
Please note that chip antennas also require a relatively large free area.
