Basic Kit - Flash programing

Hello,

I try to program the 14580-Basic-Kit flash (on SPI) with the J-LINK and Keil 5, but i obtain the error : Flash Download Failed - "Cortex-M0". For this I follow the User Guide UM-B-025.

I also try to program this flash with the SmartSnippets software, I have error too :

[ACTION @15-03-27 16:29:03] Please press the hardware reset button on the board to start the download process.
[ERROR @15-03-27 16:29:10] Timeout: Reset signal not detected for more than 8000 msecs.

I try the two configurations for the J4 connector.

Any suggestions ??

There is some information missing in the User Manual that will be added later. Connection of the DEVKTs should be like the photos show:

A black ‘3-way jumper’ is required to connect SPI MISO – P05 – T_TxD.

Can you try again with smartsnippets to program the SPI memory?

With this jumper

With this jumper configuration, I have the same result :

You did press the reset button?

We tried here as well and followed these steps

1. made the three-way jumper

2.连接,如图片所示。其他障碍物per settings:

3. Via SmartSnippets software can be downloaded into SPI flash through the USB- and the virtual com-port.

I already do this, ii doesn't work.

I try some manipulation, i succeeded to program sometimes the flash.

But now again, it's impossible, i have this error :

[ERROR @15-03-30 17:21:32] Timeout while waiting to receive the most significant byte of packet length (10000 msecs)
[INFO @15-03-30 17:21:32] Successfully disconnected from port COM10.
[ERROR @15-03-30 17:21:32] Memory burning failed.

I have already verify the connection and the jumper. Any suggestions ?
