Sorry that you're facing this problem. Drivers are not needed for the Serial Debugger. Could you please go to the Device Manager, locate the device and let me know if the Vendor and Product Id (VID:PID) matches with 0x2DCF:0xD0006?

Hi Kamil,
请尝试使用PC的其他USB端口。如果您使用笔记本电脑,请尝试在主板上连接到USB端口(不是前扩展一个)。
Try also restart Designer software.
