12-GPIO, 17 LUTs (max.), 8 CNT/DLY (max.), 6 DFF/LATCH (max.) and other Macrocells
The SLG46170 provides a small, low power component for commonly used mixed-signal functions. The user creates their circuit design by programming the one time Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) to configure the interconnect logic, the I/O Pins and the macro cells of the SLG46170. This highly versatile device allows a wide variety of mixed-signal functions to be designed within a very small, low power single integrated circuit.

SLG46580不相上下alleled outputs
Posted byj4cbo50 points 5 repliesI have an application that needs an LDO channel with 350mA or so of output and another LDO channel of 50mA.
Would it be possible to use an SLG46580, set LDO0, LDO1 and LDO2 to the same voltage, and parallel the outputs to get 450mA of capacity?

Thanks! I would be using a 3 + 1 configuration where 3 of the outputs are paralleled and the other is separate, so the SLG46583 would not work for that.
Another question:
数据表说“如果LD的期望状态O is off after cold start up, then a voltage glitch maybe present on VOUT between cold start and the ~2-3 ms when SLG46582 takes control."
Is there any guidance on how severe that glitch could be, or ways to mitigate it? For example, if an output is shorted to ground, how much current could be drawn during those 2-3ms of startup? Could the "glitch" result in an overvoltage of a downstream device?

Hi,
I guess this might happen only when VDD and LDO IN is applied at the same time (P Channel MOSFET gate is 0V so the MOSFET is automatically turning on). So to reduce it could you wait until chip is powered on and then apply the LDO IN. It will not result overvoltage, since 582 doesn't have this function.
Kind Regards

My concern is that, if I have an LDO with 5 volts LDO IN configured to supply 1.8v to another circuit, and the Greenpak MOSFET turns fully on for 3 milliseconds while the chip is in POR, then the result could be applying 5 volts to that circuit and destroying it. "Might happen" isn't good enough, I need to be sure my device won't destroy itself.
If I need to externally delay applying LDO IN, then that's a lot of extra components required :(

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. Yes they can be connected in parallel provided the inputs are connected and the settings are the same. Another alternative would be to use the SLG46583 instead which has one LDO rated at 600mA
Kind Regards
Shivani
