IO-Link Master Phy with integrated frame handler

CCE4510 supports a wide supply voltage range from 8 to 32V with integrated over voltage detection as well as high current and temperature protection. Flexible configuration options are available with QFN48 7x7mm and QFN24 4x4mm optimised package variants.

CCE4510 provides the perfect solution for 2/4/8/16 port IO-Link master applications connecting IO-Link compliant industrial sensors and actuators.

CCE4510 Evaluation Board V2: One Board, maximum flexibility!

  • IO-Link Section

    The IO-Link section contains two CCE4510 including all necessary periphery to use the two CCE4510 for IO-Link communication, e.g. protection circuitry and external NMOS gate drivers.

  • MCU Section

    The MCU section contains a LPC1549 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller from NXP to control the CCE4510 Master ICs. The MCU is powered by an LDO with 3.3 V output voltage.

佛r maximum flexibility, the sections can be used separately and independently from each other. This allows to evaluate the CCE4510 Master IC with every suitable MCU.
